If the electrical load and the heat output aren&amp;rsquo;t a perfect match, you&amp;rsquo;re asking for trouble.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Getting the specs right&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Most industrial flash dryers rely on high-wattage shortwave IR. We make sure our tubes hit the exact voltage and wattage footprints used by the big OEMs.&#xA;Whether you&amp;rsquo;re running a 230V or a 400V setup, our lamps fit those parameters. Why? Because the last thing you want is to fry your power supply. We also keep the diameter and length tolerances tight. You just swap them out. No messing around with mounting brackets or fighting with reflectors.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Glass and connectors that last&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We use high-purity quartz glass. It has to be this way to handle the thermal shock when you&amp;rsquo;re cycling the heat on and off rapidly.&#xA;Shortwave IR is the only way to get that instant blast of heat needed for flash curing without accidentally scorching the garment. For the connections, we stick with R7s and SK15. They&amp;rsquo;re the old reliable workhorses of the industry. They stay put and they don&amp;rsquo;t arc, even when your production line is vibrating like crazy.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A quick tip on heat&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;These lamps pack a lot of heat density, which means you can push more through your shop floor. It&amp;rsquo;s fast.&#xA;But there&amp;rsquo;s a catch. High-wattage tubes put a lot of pressure on your reflectors. If your reflectors are pitted or looking oxidized, you&amp;rsquo;re wasting a huge chunk of that heat.&#xA;Next time you wire up a new set of lamps, take a second to check those surfaces. You want that heat hitting the ink, not heating up your machine frame.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
