It&amp;rsquo;s frustrating.&#xA;We also obsess over the length of the tubes. If a lamp is off by even a couple of millimeters, it won&amp;rsquo;t sit right in the reflector. The last thing you need is a connector vibrating loose while the machine is humming along.&#xA;You&amp;rsquo;ve got two choices here: clear or coated.&#xA;The coated lamps are great if you&amp;rsquo;re dealing with thick ink deposits because they push the heat deeper into the fabric. Just keep in mind they don&amp;rsquo;t usually last as long as the clear ones.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A few things to watch out for&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;The good news is you can wire these straight into your existing ballast. No need to go hacking away at your circuitry.&#xA;But a quick heads-up: if you put a higher-wattage lamp into an older dryer frame, you&amp;rsquo;re adding a lot more heat to the chassis. Just make sure your ventilation can keep up. You don&amp;rsquo;t want to accidentally warp your conveyor belt or fry some nearby electronics because the air got too hot.&#xA;We focused on high thermal density to help you cut down your curing time.
