A bureaucratic hoop to jump through.&#xA;But when you&amp;rsquo;re designing custom UV lamps, it’s different. It&amp;rsquo;s not about the label. It&amp;rsquo;s about knowing the thing won&amp;rsquo;t melt, short out, or cause a disaster when you plug it in.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The nitty-gritty of the build&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Getting that certification &lt;a href=&#34;https://henruite.com&#34;&gt;means&lt;/a&gt; we can&amp;rsquo;t just wing it. We have to be obsessive about the details.&#xA;We don&amp;rsquo;t just grab any old wire from a bin. They can&amp;rsquo;t take that risk.&#xA;Fire and electrical shocks are nightmares no plant manager wants to deal with. Having that CE mark tells the engineer on the floor that the power draw is documented and the &lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;footprint&lt;/a&gt; is safe. It takes the guesswork out of the equation.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The honest trade-off&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;I&amp;rsquo;ll be real with you: doing things the right way takes longer.&#xA;We can&amp;rsquo;t just &amp;ldquo;hack&amp;rdquo; a prototype together in a weekend and ship it out the door. If we change the wattage or tweak the tube length, we have to go back and verify the safety margins all over again. It slows down the start of the project.&#xA;But it&amp;rsquo;s a hell of a lot better than the alternative.&#xA;Nobody wants a total system recall or to have their shipment seized at the border.
