The Heat Struggle
Here’s the thing: to get an instant cure while your conveyor is flying, you need a lot of power. But more power means more heat. If your cooling fans or water-jackets aren’t up to the task, you’re asking for trouble. You’ll either end up with warped materials or a burnt-out lamp. It’s all a balancing act. The Nitty-Gritty Details

Making it Work on Your Line
These lamps are designed to just slide right into your existing screen or offset printing stations. You simply hook them up to your PLC so the light triggers exactly when the substrate passes under.
